TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Levelstair (Pvt) Ltd (Reg. No. PV00353633, Sri Lanka), governing your access to and use of the Levelstair Community platform at portal.levelstair.com ("the Platform").

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account and profile.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• One account per person; do not create duplicate accounts to evade moderation action.

Use of the Platform is subject to the Code of Conduct and the Community Constitution, incorporated into these Terms by reference. In addition, you agree not to:

• Violating the Community Code of Conduct or Constitution.
• Impersonating another person, member, or Levelstair staff.
• Uploading unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with platform infrastructure.
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation or spam.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit — profile content, canvas artwork, event submissions, and similar member work. Levelstair claims no ownership over member projects.

By posting content that is visible to other members (such as directory profiles or canvas contributions), you grant Levelstair a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you submit, and for giving proper credit to the work of others.

The Levelstair name, logo, and brand assets remain the property of Levelstair (Pvt) Ltd and may only be used in accordance with our Brand Usage Guide.

Registering for an event, jam, or chapter program means agreeing to any additional event-specific rules communicated at the time. Levelstair may adjust, reschedule, or cancel events, and may set participant limits or eligibility criteria for specific programs.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law, following the enforcement process described in the Code of Conduct where reasonably practicable. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levelstair (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Platform is provided free of charge as a non-commercial community service; Levelstair's operational role is described further in the Community Constitution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
